This table reflects the cumulative weekly total number of seasonal influenza vaccine doses distributed in the US as reported to CDC by influenza vaccine manufacturers and selected distributors. Updated distribution numbers will be posted when CDC receives them. In most cases, these updates will be posted on Fridays. Please check this page frequently for the most up-to-date information regarding flu vaccine distribution for the 2015-2016 season.
Flu vaccine is produced by private manufacturers, so supply depends on manufacturers. For this season, manufacturers have projected they will provide between 171 to 179 million doses of vaccine for the U.S. market. (Projections may change as the season progresses.)
