Hey Kids … are you creative? Do you eat healthy? Stay active? Tell us about it in a song, skit, or how-to video. The Check Out MyPlate Video Search is challenging kids ages 2-18, parents, and teachers of kids across the country to submit a short video (approximately 60 seconds or less) about how their kids eat healthy using MyPlateand get moving with their favorite physical activity. Be sure that your video includes:
- Image of MyPlate
- At least one healthy eating tip
- Your favorite physical activity
