The World Health Organization that is... because this year they chose our cause, #foodsafety, as the focus of World Health Day 2015.  And when is World Health Day you ask?  TODAY, April 7, 2015 is World Health Day and we are very excited that #safefood in our global marketplace is the main topic of discussion.  Food safety is a global issue since the farm to plate journey often spans borders and cultural norms.
